Multiplex Cinema sound system

The Ljubljana cinema multiplex Kolosej is the largest multiplex in Slovenia. It has 12 cinemas with over 3000 seats. They are equipped with JBL speakers and Crown amplifiers. Into the largest one, having a THX certificate, we installed the Series 5000 JBL speakers, the same kinds that are in the Samuel Goldwyn Theatre in Hollywood, where the Academy Awards Ceremony is held. New films are recorded in a variety of sound systems, so to help ensure the perfect film enjoyment, we installed the 7.1 surround system with SDDS®, Dolby Digital® and DTS® sound into the largest auditorium.
